| Douglas School opened in 1873. It is the oldest operating school in Canada. It houses Kindergarten to Grade 5. The school also has a Community Access Centre.
The population consists of 101 students and 7.8 staff members. We have a full time secretary and a part time custodian. There is an extremely active Parent Support Group and PSSC at the school.
