This policy establishes the procedure to be followed when a school vehicle is involved in an accident.

This policy establishes the minimum requirements for healthy foods in District 18 public schools by setting standards for healthy food awareness, food options available in schools and sale of foods in and through the public school system.

Any person found loitering, trespassing, or causing a disturbance or inciting others to cause a disturbance in any school building or on any school property shall be prosecuted to the full extent of the law.

To assure the safety of all students and personnel, the District requires adherence to fire safety regulations and procedures for evacuation of buildings as stated in the National Fire Code of Canada, the New Brunswick Fire Prevention Act and the Education Act.

The purpose of this policy is to provide a safe, low risk approach to control pests while protecting people, the environment and property; as well as focusing on long-term prevention.
